John Daniels pleaded guilty to four counts of telecommunications harassment, 10TV's Karina?reported.
Prosecutors said Daniels, 45, made threatening phone calls to several female Realtors in the Westerville area.
The women said Daniels would contact them, requesting to see a house that was on the market. Each conversation would result in Daniels telling the Realtors he was going to sexually assault them, the Delaware County prosecutor said.
Daniels told a judge he found the women on real estate Web sites, Nova reported.
"I didn't pick her out because I knew her," Daniels said. "To be honest with you, I looked at her. She looked pretty so I called her."
Daniels is scheduled to be sentenced on July 13. He faces up to?16 years in prison.
Daniels was convicted of similar crimes in 1994 and 1998 in Franklin County Municipal Court.
